Did someone say its going to be hot?

I reckon I have got to get up earlier. I did leave at about 07.00 this morning but better to rise in the dark and leave just as it gets light. Now how am I going to persuade my Spanish neighbours to be quiet at night?

Not a lot interesting about today. I’m on a distance mission, but easing myself in slowly only 126kms today, see what tomorrow brings.

Mark,
126km sounds like quite a long way in 5hr 19min with your load – does strava adapt its time predictions to your performance or just give you a time to aim at based on a theoretical average.
Hope you managed to complete it, it must be pretty hot on the road!

  Hey Simon, the Strava feed us what I have done, not what I am proposing to do. Quite hot here. Probably the same as there it seems. I have some big days for the next week or so till I get to Italy. 😬
