My fastest setup (well my only setup) is pretty much the same each time. I mainly ride in warm conditions so my equipment is minimal, even when carrying a tent.
On the tines of the fork I have Gorilla Cages I do like this system. The bags come on and off easily with minimum disruption.
I do possess an original Porcelain Rocket, Mr Fusion. This has been superceded by a newer model and PR has been bought by Rockgeist. I so want a new one but this one is still going after 7 or so years.
I use an Alpkit half frame bag. Soon to be replaced.
